Mobile ticket reception

To receive mobile tickets, it is essential to own a smartphone, activate its mobile data and, if necessary, install the Apple Wallet app or the Google Wallet app.

Important: Ticket delivery delays may vary from one event to another. The latest delivery date will be indicated on the invoice accompanying your purchase.

Mandatory instructions to follow in order to receive your tickets


In order to be granted access to the show, you must first download your tickets on your mobile phone. This step is mandatory, your invoice cannot replace your tickets.

1. Receiving the email

You have received an email at the email address you provided during your purchase.

  • Search your inbox for an email from Evenko Box Office with the subject : “XXXXX vous a envoyé X billets de Evenko”.
  • Click on the “Accepter les billets” button.

Can’t find the email?

The email may have slipped into your junk mail. Be sure to check your junk mail folder.

2a. You don’t have a TicketmasterTM account?

To access your tickets, you will need a TicketmasterTM account. Create it before venturing further.

Please note! Without completing this step, you will not be able to obtain your tickets.

  • Fill in all the fields with your personal information and click “Suivant”.
  • You will then need to provide the cell phone number with which you will access the venue. Once entered, click on “Suivant”.
  • You will then instantly receive a one-time-use code by SMS to confirm the validity of your registration.
  • Enter this code in the space provided and click on “Confirmer”.

2b. You have a TicketmasterTM account?

Login to your TicketmasterTM account to easily retrieve your tickets.

Enter your email and password and click on “Se connecter”.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Mot de passe oublié?”.

3. Accept the terms of use

You must agree to the terms of use of TicketmasterTM services.

Click on “Accord” to continue.

4. Access your tickets

Once you have accepted the terms of use, scroll down the page and you will find all the information about your event.

Make sure it is the right event and the right seats.

To access your tickets, click on each item in the list under “Mes billets SafetixTM”.

5. What you need to present to access the show

You will need to present each of the tickets you have purchased. Make sure you can access them again to avoid any delays or technical problems when you enter the venue.
