Why is my sale still in transit even though I've already sent the tickets?

The postal service has picked up your tickets. A tracking number has been issued and they are currently in transit to the address provided by the buyer. Your sale status will change from “In Transit” to “Completed Sales” as soon as the buyer has received the tickets.
Your tickets have been e-mailed to the buyer, but they have yet to open the message containing them. The status of your sale will change from “In transit” to “Completed” as soon as the buyer opens the e-mail.
For mobile ticket transfers, it is unfortunately impossible to track the progress of the ticket transfer to the buyer. The sale status could remain “In transit” until payment.
