What should I do if I can no longer sell the tickets?
When your tickets are sold, you are obligated to deliver them to the buyer. If you are unable to deliver them, as you committed to do when they were listed for sale, you will be subject to charges and penalties as set out in the User Agreement.
If you have a problem with a sale, you must notify us as soon as possible. There are two ways to do this:
- You can click on the “Problem with sale” button on the sales confirmation e-mail we sent you.
- Click on the “Problem?” link in the “Sales to be confirmed” section.
