What happens if the event is postponed?
You must notify us as soon as possible if the issuing box office has informed you that your event has been postponed.Make sure the initial tickets will be valid for the new date on which the event will be held.
Please note that your sale is still valid as long as the buyer wishes to keep their tickets.
