My tickets have been sold, what happens next?

First, be sure to add [email protected] to your e-mail contact list to ensure that you receive all the communications necessary to complete your sale.

Cardboard tickets, passes, and wristbands

Caution! Please wait before completing your sale if:

  • You have not received the physical tickets.
  • You are unable to mail physical tickets a maximum of 48 hours after completing your sale.
For physical tickets, an e-mail and/or text message, depending on the communication preferences you have selected, will be sent to invite you to complete your sale. You will then receive a shipping label from Canada Post that you will need to cut out and glue onto an envelope. Simply insert the tickets in the envelope and drop it off at your nearest post office.

You will automatically receive your payment 10 business days after the event.

E-tickets

No action is required on your part. The tickets are sent directly to the buyer by e-mail.

Mobile transfer

Caution! Please wait before completing your sale if:

  • The transfer option is not available for your tickets in the issuing box office account.
You will receive an email and/or text message, depending on the communication preferences you have selected, to complete your sale. Follow the step-by-step instructions in your event portal to transfer your tickets to the buyer.
