At which point should I send the tickets?
If you are in possession of the tickets, you have 48 hours following the sale of your tickets to complete the delivery process, both for physical and mobile tickets.
If you are not in possession of the tickets, you have 48 hours from the established date of receipt to send in your tickets, failing which your transaction will be identified as problematic. In this case, you will need to contact our Seller support in order to work out a solution.
