Canadian Grand Prix & FEQ - Regular Seats tickets - Instructions for sellers to transfer


To complete your sale, you will need to transfer your tickets to us so that we can forward them to the buyer. This step only takes a few minutes; please follow the instructions below to learn the process.

Step 1. Locate the email and click on "My tickets" or "Transfer my tickets"

From your email account, locate the email from the ticketing company that issued the tickets you wish to complete your sale. This email has a subject line similar to "Your Tickets (Order #XXXXXXX)" or "Ticket Transfer (Order #XXXXXXX)".

Open this email and click on the "My Tickets" or "My Account" button. You will be redirected to the ticketing company's website.

If you are not already logged into the account you purchased your tickets with, please log in.

At this point, your tickets should be displayed on screen.

WARNING: Do not download the tickets into PDF format to transfer them. Your tickets will not be accepted for the sale if you proceed this way.

Step 2. Click on "Transfer my tickets" and enter the recipient's information

In the upper right corner of your ticket display page, you will find a "Transfer My Tickets" button. Click on it to begin the transfer.

A dialog box will open. You will need to enter exactly the following information:

First Name: John
Last Name: Smith
Email: [email protected]

Step 3. Select the tickets you want to transfer and click on "Transfer".

Under the fields you filled out in the previous step, you will find the list of tickets you purchased in the original transaction on the issuing ticketing website.

Select from this list only the tickets you sold in the transaction for which you want to complete the sale.

Click on the "Transfer" button.

A second dialog box will open to confirm your transfer. Make sure that the address you entered is "[email protected]".

Click the "Transfer" button.

Both dialog boxes will close.

Step 4. Open the email you received from asking you to complete your sale

From your email account, locate the email from asking you to complete your sale. Make sure it is the sale and seats for which you completed the transfer in Step 3.

Within this email, click on the "Complete Sale" button.

If you are not already logged into your account, you will need to log in using the email and password associated with your account.

Step 5. Locate your sale to complete

Once logged into the site, click on the "User" icon in the upper right portion of the screen. From the menu that slides in, select "Sales" to access the transaction for which you wish to send the tickets.

Please note! The order number must match the information displayed in the "ID" column.

Once you have located the sale, click on "Complete!"

On the newly displayed page, make sure once more that the order number is the one associated with the sale for which you transferred the tickets in Step 3.

Step 6. Complete your sale

From the confirmation screen, click on "Complete Sale".

That's it! Your transfer is complete! One of our customer service representatives will review your transfer and contact you if any error occurred.

You will receive your payment 10 business days after the event according to the payment method you have chosen for this transaction.
