What should I do if tickets in my inventory contain incorrect information?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information on your tickets is correct at the time of registration.
Should an error occur in the registration of your tickets, it is your duty to rectify it as soon as possible, or to inform us if the tickets have already been sold.
You can change certain parameters related to the sale of your tickets by accessing the “Tickets on sale” section and clicking on the listing you wish to modify.
Please note that not all information can be modified. If this is the case, you will have to delete the tickets from your inventory and relist them.
If your tickets are sold with an error, no changes can be made. Your sale may be cancelled, and you may be subject to penalties as described in the User Agreement.
