What does “Problematic Sale” mean?

You will find yourself with a problematic sale if any of the following occur:

  • You didn't send the tickets on time.
  • You no longer have the tickets.
  • You will receive the tickets later than the date you specified.
  • You are unable to complete the delivery of your tickets for any other reason.
Whatever the case, you must contact our Seller support as soon as possible at [email protected] or (438) 230-6093.

If you are unable to deliver your tickets as agreed at the time of sale, you may be charged fees and penalties as described in our User Agreement.
