What does “Problematic Sale” mean?
You will find yourself with a problematic sale if any of the following occur:
- You didn't send the tickets on time.
- You no longer have the tickets.
- You will receive the tickets later than the date you specified.
- You are unable to complete the delivery of your tickets for any other reason.
If you are unable to deliver your tickets as agreed at the time of sale, you may be charged fees and penalties as described in our User Agreement.
