What is the inclement weather policy for the National Bank Open Center Court and secondary court matches?

The event organizer may change the match schedule, session dates, number of matches and start times of matches and/or all sessions without prior notice. Tickets cannot be cancelled or credited as a result of such changes.

If a match is completed, or if 90 minutes or more have been played, the session is considered over. There will be no possibility of exchange, cancellation, or credit in this case.

If a session is cancelled before a match has been completed or the minimum 90 minutes of play has not yet been reached, whether it's for weather reasons or any other event beyond our control, individual session tickets may be cancelled. In this case, a credit applicable to a future purchase may be requested. In the event that all sessions are sold out, the credit remains valid for future editions of the tournament or for any other purchase on Tickets.ca.

If sessions 13, 14 or 15 are cancelled, tickets will only be valid for the rescheduled session.
