Outdoor festivals

No returns, credits, or refunds will be issued for any festival tickets purchases, including lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. No cancellation will be offered in the event of any impediment.

No returns, credits, or refunds will be granted in the event of interruption of a show in progress for technical, climatic or security reasons. The same conditions apply in the event of a cancellation by one of the artists performing at a festival.

Should the entire festival be cancelled, we will issue a credit by e-mail for the full amount of the purchase, applicable to future events on Tickets.ca.
