Cancelled, postponed or delayed event
In the event of a postponement or change to a show, we will notify buyers of the changes to the event by email. Unless otherwise indicated, original tickets will be valid for the new date.
If the event is postponed, it is possible to request a cancellation up to 30 days before the new date. A credit applicable to a future purchase will be sent by email.
In the event of cancellation, there is no need to contact us. A credit applicable to a future purchase will automatically be e-mailed to buyers.
