Can I cancel my purchase?
No. Excepting physical tickets (passes, wristbands or any ticket sent by XpressPost), for which it is possible to cancel a purchase up to 30 days before the event and obtain a credit applicable to a future purchase.
For security reasons, it is not possible to modify or cancel the purchase of electronic or mobile tickets.
