Are the tickets side by side?
All tickets are sold together for adjacent seats (one beside the other), unless otherwise indicated in the description of the notes. Keep in mind that most of the venues and theaters using odd or even numbers to identify their seats.
The privacy of our customers and those of our vendors are critical in the buying process. That is why the seat numbers are not disclosed until the command was not processed.
The ticket sellers generally refuse to sell tickets in odd numbers to avoid ending up with unique tickets. Few customers wish to purchase single tickets, so the selling a unique ticket is extremely difficult.
However, it may happen that the sellers are willing to provide an odd number of tickets, depending on the number of tickets remaining. Feel free to contact us for more information or to make any such request: 438-448-6930 or [email protected]
How do e-tickets work?
When you buy e-tickets they are sent to you via email in PDF format containing a bar code and all the information about the event (event title, date, time and seat number).
You must then print the documents and bring them with you on the night of the event. These will be accepted as your tickets.
To avoid any form of fraud, electronic tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. Any sale of electronic tickets are final with no exceptions.
At Tickets.ca, all tickets are mailed through ExpressPost or FedEx with a signature required for guarantee.
Keep in mind that we do not deliver to PO boxes and a signature is required for all packages.
Please note that the shipping date depends entirely on the point at which the ticket sellers have the tickets "in hand" and are able to ship them.
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every ticket purchased will be delivered in time for the event. Please note that we ship tickets to the billing address only.
At Tickets.ca, we assure you that the tickets will be delivered in time for the event.
Tickets.ca offers its customers multiple delivery options when buying tickets, it is important to note that these options rely on the date the tickets will be ready for delivery, not the day they are purchased.
Occasionally, some sellers do not have the tickets in hand. This is often the case with season tickets (for sports games), for example because they have not yet been printed by the team or the box office.
Once the tickets are ready for shipment, we will email you a FedEx tracking number or ExpressPost (depending on delivery option chosen).
This allows customers to track every step of shipping process, step by step. If mail delivery is not a safe option because of time constraints or extenuating circumstances, it is possible to make arrangements for customers willing to pick up tickets at our office in Montreal.
All FedEx delivery times depend on service availability in the region.
Please note that some ticket orders may take 1 to 2 days to process.
Customers can log into their account at any time at www.2tickets.ca to check the status of their order.
Delivery at work or elsewhere
To help prevent credit card fraud, we ship tickets to the billing address of credit card only.
Keep in mind that Billets.ca acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and sellers. The prices are set by the ticket sellers and not Tickets.ca.
As each seller sets their prices, it is possible to find similar tickets, but at a different price.
The ticket sellers use a number of factors to calculate the value of each seat, even those located in the same section. These can then be found listed on Tickets.ca, at different prices without being influenced by us in any way, except for our service fees and the standard shipping charges.
Several factors can cause significant changes in the ticket price and availability over time, including among others, the popularity of the event and the moment when tickets are purchased.
For this reason, we strongly recommend our customers to purchase their tickets as soon as possible, to ensure that they have access to tickets for the event.
All transactions are protected by our 100% Guarantee. We guarantee the authenticity of your tickets and receipt in time for the event or the transaction will be credited on your next purchase.
