Are the tickets side by side?
All tickets are sold together for adjacent seats (one beside the other), unless otherwise indicated in the description of the notes. Keep in mind that most of the venues and theaters using odd or even numbers to identify their seats.
The privacy of our customers and those of our vendors are critical in the buying process. That is why the seat numbers are not disclosed until the command was not processed.
The ticket sellers generally refuse to sell tickets in odd numbers to avoid ending up with unique tickets. Few customers wish to purchase single tickets, so the selling a unique ticket is extremely difficult.

How do e-tickets work?
When you buy e-tickets they are sent to you via email in PDF format containing a bar code and all the information about the event (event title, date, time and seat number).
You must then print the documents and bring them with you on the night of the event. These will be accepted as your tickets.
To avoid any form of fraud, electronic tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. Any sale of electronic tickets are final with no exceptions.
At Tickets.ca, all tickets are mailed through ExpressPost or FedEx with a signature required for guarantee.
Keep in mind that we do not deliver to PO boxes and a signature is required for all packages.
Please note that the shipping date depends entirely on the point at which the ticket sellers have the tickets "in hand" and are able to ship them.

Once the tickets are ready for shipment, we will email you a FedEx tracking number or ExpressPost (depending on delivery option chosen).
This allows customers to track every step of shipping process, step by step. If mail delivery is not a safe option because of time constraints or extenuating circumstances, it is possible to make arrangements for customers willing to pick up tickets at our office in Montreal.
