Questions about coronavirus

Many of you have questions about their ticket purchase, following the coronavirus outbreak.

Our primary concern is the health and well-being of our customers and employees. We are working hard to keep you informed, while maintaining the quality of our customer experience. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this unusual situation.

Please find below more information depending on your situation:

  • If your event has been postponed, we will inform you by email of the new date as soon as it will be available. Please keep your tickets in a safe place, they will still be valid, you will use them to access the event and your seats will remain the same.
  • If your event is cancelled, there is no need to contact us. We will automatically email you a full credit, less the shipping fees, towards your next purchase. Please allow a 2 to 4 weeks delay before receiving your credit.

The very large number of cancelled or postponed events has greatly shaken the entertainment industry. Our financial arrangements with box offices, venues, artists and teams were incidentally affected. The refund schedule may vary depending on events, over time and in response to constantly changing business and legal circumstances.
