2tickets.ca offers a full refund of any purchase (except e-tickets), less shipping costs, up to 30 days before the event. If you would like a refund within a period earlier than 30 days before the event, please contact customer service for 2tickets.ca
Sometimes an event is canceled for any number of reasons. In this case, 2tickets.ca agrees to make a full refund, less shipping charges.
In case of a postponed concert, 2tickets.ca also offers a refund (less shipping costs) for the physical tickets.
However, to avoid any form of fraud, electronic tickets for postponed or delayed concerts can not be refunded. Unless otherwise specified, these will be valid for the new date.
All tickets are sold together for adjacent seats (one beside the other) unless otherwise indicated in the description of the notes. Keep in mind that most of the venues and theaters using odd or even numbers to identify their seats. (i.e.: tickets numbered 13 and 15 are likely to be side by side)
The privacy of our customers and those of our vendors are critical in the buying process. That is why the seat numbers are not disclosed until the transaction has been completed.
At 2tickets.ca, we assure you that the tickets will be delivered in time for the event.
2tickets.ca offers its customers multiple delivery options when buying tickets, it is important to note that these options rely on the date the tickets will be ready for delivery, not the day they are purchased.
Occasionally, some sellers do not have the tickets in hand. This is often the case with season tickets (for sports games), for example because they have not yet been printed by the team or the box office.
Once the tickets are ready for shipment, we will email you a FedEx tracking number or ExpressPost (depending on delivery option chosen).
This allows customers to track every step of the shipping process, step by step. If mail delivery is not a safe option because of time constraints or extenuating circumstances, it is possible to make arrangements for customers willing to pick up tickets at our office in Montreal.
All FedEx delivery times depend on service availability in the region.
Please note that some ticket orders may take 1 to 2 days for processing.

Keep in mind that Billets.ca acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and sellers. The prices are set by the ticket sellers and not 2Tickets.ca.
As each seller sets their prices, it is possible to find similar tickets, but at a different price.
The ticket sellers use a number of factors to calculate the value of each seat, even those located in the same section. These can then be found listed on 2Tickets.ca, at different prices without being influenced by us in any way, except for our service fees and the standard shipping charges.
Several factors can cause significant changes in the ticket price and availability over time, including among others, the popularity of the event and the moment when tickets are purchased.
For this reason, we strongly recommend our customers to purchase their tickets as soon as possible, to ensure that they have access to tickets for the event.
