2tickets.ca offers a full refund of any purchase (except e-tickets), less shipping costs, up to 30 days before the event. If you would like a refund within a period earlier than 30 days before the event, please contact customer service for 2tickets.ca
Sometimes an event is canceled for any number of reasons. In this case, 2tickets.ca agrees to make a full refund, less shipping charges.
In case of a postponed concert, 2tickets.ca also offers a refund (less shipping costs) for the physical tickets.
However, to avoid any form of fraud, electronic tickets for postponed or delayed concerts can not be refunded. Unless otherwise specified, these will be valid for the new date.
All tickets are sold together for adjacent seats (one beside the other) unless otherwise indicated in the description of the notes. Keep in mind that most of the venues and theaters using odd or even numbers to identify their seats. (i.e.: tickets numbered 13 and 15 are likely to be side by side)
The privacy of our customers and those of our vendors are critical in the buying process. That is why the seat numbers are not disclosed until the transaction has been completed.
At 2tickets.ca, we assure you that the tickets will be delivered in time for the event.
2tickets.ca offers its customers multiple delivery options when buying tickets, it is important to note that these options rely on the date the tickets will be ready for delivery, not the day they are purchased.
Occasionally, some sellers do not have the tickets in hand. This is often the case with season tickets (for sports games), for example because they have not yet been printed by the team or the box office.
Once the tickets are ready for shipment, we will email you a FedEx tracking number or ExpressPost (depending on delivery option chosen).
This allows customers to track every step of the shipping process, step by step. If mail delivery is not a safe option because of time constraints or extenuating circumstances, it is possible to make arrangements for customers willing to pick up tickets at our office in Montreal.
All FedEx delivery times depend on service availability in the region.
Please note that some ticket orders may take 1 to 2 days for processing.

2tickets.ca operates on the secondary market for tickets, and tickets are usually sold above the original price.
In calculating the final cost of tickets, we include the price as determined by our ticket seller. We ask customers to keep in mind that 2tickets.ca acts as an intermediary between the customer and the ticket seller, which means that the price of tickets is determined by the ticket seller, not 2tickets.ca.
It is possible to see tickets for seats similar to others, but at a different price.
The ticket sellers use a number of factors to calculate the value of seats, even those who are in the same section. These can then be found posted on 2tickets.ca at different prices without it being due to our influence on the price of the ticket in any way, except our shipping costs.
The phrase “secondary market” refers to the ticket market and how it can be changing. Several factors can cause drastic changes in the price and availability of a ticket over time: the popularity of the event or when tickets are purchased.
For this reason, we strongly recommend our customers to purchase tickets for an event as soon as possible to ensure that they have indeed access to tickets for the event.
