This year, the Ultimate Fighting Championship UFC 113 Event will be held at the Bell Centre in Montréal on May 8th, 2010.
The main event will feature Mauricio Rua and Lyoto Machida, for the Light-Heavyweigth championship. Both mixed martial arts fighters battled at UFC 104, in Los Angeles last October, in what was said to be a tremendous battle.
This will be the third time around for the UFC to present a major event in the city Of Montreal. Back in April 2007, the UFC had presented its first major event in Canada, UFC 83 Event, in front of avid Montréal fans. A year later, UFC 97 gathered much attention as well.
