The White Stripes are on hiatus, but will release a live CD in March of 2010, as well as a documentary related to the White Stripes' last tour "Under Great White Northern Lights".

With this tour, the duo will visited all 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada. Meg and Jack White rocked the Bell Centre, in Montréal, for the last time in July 2007.

From Detroit, the duo composed of Jack and Meg White was put together in 1997; although it was not until the 2003 release of the Elephant album that success came their way. In February off the following year, the song “Seven Nation Army” was named Best Rock Song of the year at the Grammy Awards, and the album won Best Alternative Album of the year.
