Metallica is coming back to Québec City for a concert on the Plaines d'Abraham on July 16th, 2011, for the Festival d'été de Québec.

The band's latest concert in Montréal goes back to September of 2009, as Metallica rocked the Bell Centre for 2 back-to-back nights, before coming back to Québec CIty in October and November.

Metallica's latest album was released on September 12th, 2008. The raging Death Magnetic has been on top of most charts throughout the world for weeks.
